Blue Gulf Group specializes in comprehensive shipbuilding, marine services, and vessel construction. Our offerings include, but aren't limited to, new vessel construction, vessel repair and maintenance, refitting, conversion, marine engineering, naval architecture, and related consultancy.
All quotations, proposals, technical specifications, and preliminary designs provided by Blue Gulf Group through the Platform or directly are for informational purposes only and are subject to change. They are valid for the period specified and are contingent upon a formal, written agreement.
Any engagement for services will be subject to a separate, detailed contract or agreement (e.g., a Service Agreement, Shipbuilding Contract), which will supersede these Terms regarding the specific services rendered. Our total aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform (excluding any specific contractual agreements for services, which will have their own liability clauses) won't exceed the amount paid by you, if any, to Blue Gulf Group for accessing or using the Platform in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred United States Dollars ($100), whichever is greater.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Blue Gulf Group, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

During your use of the Platform and any engagement with Blue Gulf Group, you may have access to confidential and proprietary information belonging to Blue Gulf Group, including but not limited to vessel designs, technical specifications, business strategies, and client lists. You agree to keep all such information strictly confidential and not to disclose it to any third party without our prior written consent.
This confidentiality obligation doesn't apply to information that is: (a) publicly available through no fault of your own; (b) rightfully obtained from a third party without restriction; (c) independently developed by you without use of our confidential information; or (d) required to be disclosed by law, provided you give us prompt notice of such requirement and cooperate with us to minimize the scope of the disclosure.
Our collection and use of personal information in connection with your access to and use of the Platform is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to all actions taken by us with respect to your information in compliance with the Privacy Policy.
These Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy constitute the sole and entire agreement between you and Blue Gulf Group regarding the Platform, superseding all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral.
No waiver by Blue Gulf Group of any term or condition in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition. Any failure of Blue Gulf Group to assert a right or provision under these Terms won't constitute a waiver of that right or provision. If any provision of these Terms is held by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent such that the remaining provisions of the Terms will continue in full force and effect.
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms at any time, at our sole discretion, without restriction.
